![]() I had the same situation, they removed the shipping & offered me the option of a refund or to leave it as a credit on my account. Have you contacted them regarding this ?

![]() I agree it could be easier, but I do the same thing every year, with a note reading 'Please hold for pickup' and the 'hold for backorders' box checked
When I show up, they only then charge my card and the shipping charges are removed No worries ![]() |

![]() I wasn't really worried about it, I am sure they will look after me when I pick my stuff up. They have always been good to deal with it just seemed a strange process to me.

![]() I agree they could have a 'local sales' kinda thing for us locals that would emit the pickup portion of the order, or a 'pickup in store' or something
Maybe an email from a few of us could help change things |
