Default Skimmer overflowing

I added rowaphos to my reactor and it said not to rinse it (believe that was a mistake) didn't color my water at all tho. But now my skimmers overflowing. My question is not why but should I empty the cup constantly or let it overflow and calm down?

Let it overflow and calm down. Or else you will need to be topping off manually with mixed salt water and fighting salinity stability :/

Well this morning it was making head at the top sort of where it was overflowing so I figured i would try adjusting it. And this morning I turned it down so the bubbles were in the neck right below where the cup attaches to the neck and hope it was just the skimmer settling in

It's says " never rinse for non fluidized use"

In a reactor rinse it. I don't but do return it to filter sock
