The waterproof TX10 has a pretty okay macro

I think there's a newer model that's rendered this one so cheap.
It does pretty okay macro and HEY! waterproof!

I also bought one of these off kijiji for 300.00
it does a nice job

I doubt you'll find an all in one camera with a 100mm macro but there's some good options
