make them yourself-most cabinet doors will be mdf or a press board.i use meranti mahogany and 1/4" doorskin.but i also have a router table and all the tools to make them

If you have a Windsor Plywood there you can sometimes get solid wood cabinet doors for cheap that are cancellations, minor blemishes, etc.

You can order custom doors online, ship right to your door. I've used them before with good results but 6 week turnaround although this will pretty typical everywhere.
