Yeah ours was $85 but thats sewer and garbage too. Ive filled our 60g and drained it at least 8 times too and I am pretty slow at getting out of the shower. So I think somethings definitely a muck there.

Turn off everything in the house and watch the meter....if it moves, you've got a problem.

Pay close attention to your toilets. Floats set to high, or a float not closing 100% can cause the tank to overflow. Water runs down the overflow tube, through the bowl and into the drain. Leaky flappers will do similar but usually you will hear the tank refill frequently.
