Alright. To update this topic the bubbles haven't subsided. I still have them. Not as large of bubbles but still have them growing everywhere. No coralline growth in the tank yet and the tanks about 4months old.
All coral are healthy and happy as hell and clam has finally settled itself and wide open so I don't know what's causing the bubbles anymore. Weekly to twice a week water changes. Small ones. Using corpells water

I notice mine will have a few of those small bubbles from time to time but not to the extent you have. I don't think it is anything to be concerned with because I have seen them before over the years. I think mine were always either a new tank or an increase in lighting strength or time. I am curious of what actually causes it though.
