The local big box stores charge between a 100% and 150% mark up for what I am looking for. In addition the staff know almost nothing about what they sell. When they do have livestock that I want, it is in the 'sorry we only sell that to our friends' tanks. <rant mode off> The local specialty stores, love them though I do, don't carry the products I am looking to buy (and if you bothered to read any of my other posts you would see I do buy a lot from them as is) and the livestock they carry is above my skill level or not something they can afford to carry. Several times I've placed orders for livestock and been told the fish is not instock. The fish on the site is just a list of the fish they can get in, other than the new and noteworthy. It's a good store for dry goods
