I never liked the radium in 250, I found it a bit purple for my tastes. My favorite all time bulb is the 400w radium. I think the phoenix 14k is a close rival in color. But whatever you go with, I'm sure you'll be happy with the results!

Everything I read about radiums was on the 400. Not much on the 250

I run a 250w Radium (Mogul) and have been for years off of a Sunlight Supply HQI Ballast running to spec and love the color., so do my corals

Are the radiums still easy to find? I recall lastlight having a hell of a time sourcing radiums for his previous 404.

BRS always seems to have them - that's where I get them.
