![]() Just to play devil's advocate here it's worthwhile thinking that maybe he had something going on in his life to make him act that way. No one wants to act out at other people but at one point or another we all have.
Whatever the case it's not acceptable to treat people that way and terminating the transaction is a perfectly reasonable response. |

![]() I'm in customer service too. This type of thing happens more often than not unfortunately. Some people just don't have a clue. I constantly have to take a "walk" after those people to calm down and keep my cool lol. Otherwise there would be massive amounts of holes in my office walls!
Sometimes I dream about doing one of those YouTube office freakouts and throwing my computer screen accross the showroom floor. MAN that would be fun. I've dealt with you a couple times and can say you have great customer service, and are more than fair when dealing with issues. Don't worry about those random douchebags!!!

![]() Hope you don't get jaded by this bad experience. In the end, good customer service will pay off for you. Retail is a tough business (that was my career BTW), and you often need to just suck it up at times.
