Default Lets try this again.

Hey guys, not really from the begging but I have had this tank running about 5 months and had to start fresh, I was out of the hobby for a little bit. I was recently reading a thread about not enough tank journals so I figured I would make my first one. Ive only been in the hobby a couple years so if you guys have any suggestions or comments feel free.

First of all tank is a 5 foot x 14 tall x 18 deep, making it about 65 gallons. Lit by 2 inexpensive led units, swc 160 skimmer, ecotech mp10es, tunze 6025, eheim 3000 return pump, started with just a couple pieces of live rock and about 50+ pounds of dry "reefers rock" or whatever from Jl. Loved working with that stuff as it is so easy to get a aquascape you like when its all dry.

Best part of all FTS was taken from my bed, awesome to watch the tank at night and my son loves it.
Ps. Forgive me for the mediocre quality photos taken just with the s4.

A couple of my favourite corals.

Rastas

Purple Hornets

Sunny D

Laser Lemons

Fruit Loops

Think its called Eagle Eyes

Strawberry fields(I believe)

Candy apple reds

Some SPS
Bird of Paradise

Dont remember the name.

Forgive the recent fragging on the sps, my brother has recently set up a tank and I wanted to give him some corals.
Chalice

Couple Lps
Radioactive Candy Cane

Dragon Soul Flavia

Duncan

I have about 40 ish different species these are just my favourite. Let me know what you think and again any comments or suggestions feel free!
Thanks
Tony

Thanks for all the comments guys, always hard starting fresh again, but it is a lot of fun. Luckily my brother had a tank at a different house and he held on to my angel while I was out of the hobby. Cool to still have the fish around.

Off to a good start, the tank looked bigger in the pic but then when I saw the size of the 3 palys on the right of the first pic in put the tank into perspective.

I've always loved the idea of a tank in a bedroom. Congratulations on doing it and doing it well!

Its pretty amazing watching kids with aquariums, my boy will stare at my tank for longer than he watches his favourite tv shows.
This is when it was newly set up, before all the rock was seeded and such. My son was watching his favourite character in the tank, he just loves the cleaner shrimp for some reason, tells the world about it lol.

Original aquascape. I ended up redoing some parts of it, I like how it looks now a lot more.
