Are you using a salt for water changes that is high in mag?

Well, high enough it seems. I use DD H2Ocean and Reef Crystals on rotation and the RC alone seems to have enough mag so long as I keep up with my water changes (every two weeks). My mag has traditionally not depleted fast enough to warrant dosing.

Mg, Ca, dKH currently, and in the future I will probably be adding an amino acid, potassium, and maybe vodka. So far though I have two pumps allocated to Mg, and one to each Ca and dKH. The two pumps are soley relately to my tank size/volume and my unwillingness to stand and hand dose gallon after gallon to my system.

I am not sure if its a new tank but I am dosing mg ca and alk on a vertex. I was going through 180 ml alk, 160 ca and 120 mg daily....now it seems to have stabilized at 150 alk, 140 ca and 120 mg.
