GSP is "special", it has alien weed tendencies. I have the same special GSP in my SPS tank with a 6105 pointed directly at it. It just grows on. The two big fat Aiptasia that are in the GSP patch also don't care about the powerhead.

Like myka said, for lps be careful. I swam an incredible reef in Bali and saw that healthy stuff take a kick ass beating of flow! As long as your sand isn't blowing all over the place, sps seems to love the "motion of the ocean"
