Yup.
This is the season I fondly look back at my nano days and smile... Because I no longer have it.  82 was the norm for it through summer. Lost a few corals every summer when the temp spiked. I would say at least, get yourself an auto top off. Will relieve one head ache.

Dropping ice cubes in is a waste. They melt fast. Use a sour cream container and freeze treated water. Add a small iceberg that will take some time to melt away.
The water bottle idea is prObably even better.
