It is a reef tank with corals and lots of inverts.
Taking the fish out and putting them into a quarantine tank is not a option

If taking the fish out is not an option here is my recommendation.

Immediately purchase some Garlic Extreme from a LFS or garlic extract from a health food store.
Soak dry food in the garlic. Dry food because it absorbs better than other foods.
Feed only garlic soaked food and feed very very often.
The idea is to get as much garlic into the fish as possible.
Also add some selcon as well.
