I will be following this thread because I'm going to be looking for some dwarfs pretty soon. I would like to find a local breeder, but so far no luck.

There was a local breeder in Edmonton but I believe he is focusing on clowns right now. I think the only place to get seahorse's up there is Big Al's. If your ever in Calgary I know Wai's some times has several in stock.
