Default Are an urchins spines a hazard for a goby?

Just a question I've been wondering ever since I got my tuxedo urchin

Are an urchins spines a hazard for a goby?
If he sifts those quills will they act as barbs in his mouth

I've never had any problems keeping urchins and gobies together. The spines shouldn't be falling off the urchin though.

Okay thanks! Ya I know if they're falling off it's a sign of them about to kick it. Just been reading up on them and it crossed my mind
I just wanted to make sure my goby was safe.
He's more important to me!
