![]() excellent! i can now help someone else from making the same mistakes i've made! go back to the "reef" section and go down a few threads to see my thread "leaking bulkhead solution"
read that. i made every mistake possible and now have to redo it all! do not do the same things i did haha. on another note.. something else i was never told when it comes to pvc fittings. you MUST use the primer on them unlike with abs. lets see some pics of your setup! |

![]() It's just a basic 65 reef ready tank,nothing too fancy

![]() I've figured it out...i need to replace the 1'' and 3/4'' bulkheads that came with the megaflow overflow system,off to jl i go

![]() Look into running your system as a 'Herbie'
The 1" will be your main drain The 3/4" will be your emergency drain Then you need to plumb over the back for your returns Look through the first, I don't know, maybe 10 pages, of my build thread for some pics etc Link is my sig |
