Those worms wiggle something fierce once they hit saltwater.. Might attract his attention and get a feeding response? Worth a try i would say.

my kole loves to eat the algae i scrape off the glass;actually all my fish go nuts for it.they get freaked out if i use a algae magnet,so i switched to a scraper
