Default Sick Butterfly, please help !!

So I got a longnose butterfly a few weeks back, looked all good outside of a spot on the side of her head, I figured it was ick so whatever.

Fast forwards a week or two, butterfly gets sick and looks like it has ick. No big deal, fish is still perky and eating, it'll go away.

Fast forwards to last night, fish is all good, still perky and eating, and has been looking better on and off for the past couple of weeks, almost 100% clear looking last night.

Skip to now, and fish is bad. Still swimming, but only in its favorite corner and not around the main tank. Also wont eat. Covered with something. Tips of fins has brownish "Stuff" on them.

Leopard Wrasse and Percula Clown are both fine.

How do I fix it ??

Also ignore the algae on the glass, I've been a bit lax with tank scrubbing as of late.

Also sorry if some of the pictures are blurry, I'm not in the mood to sort through them.

I had a similar issue with a lion fish was caused by a bacteria or parasite brought in by some used live rock I had bought. The fish were fine for weeks until a fluctuation in my tank caused an outbreak of ich and gave the bacteria/parisite it's in on my fish
I quarenteed the fish that survived and did a mala-fix treatment to the tank
I hope that's not the issue in your tank the survival percentage in mine was very low

I do not understand why you have ignored an ich infestation so long.
This is my recommendation and proceed right now.
Go to a health food store and buy some garlic extract or a lfs and buy some garlic extreme.
Garlic sometimes will get a sick fish to eat.
Soak the garlic extract in dry food untill it is wet and feed the fish. Feed only garlic soaked food and feed as often as you can get it to eat.
As the ich has clogged it gills causing the fish to suffocate add another powerhead just near the top of the water to oxygenate the water.
The fish is uber stressed so you should turn down the lights and avoid approaching the tank.
Act right now and good luck

I hate it when people say it's only ick, it will go away and let their fish die.

Ick can kill and it can kill fast. No fish should be allowed to suffer like this. really sad.

The only way to save that fish is to treat it in quarantine tank, and it is maybe to late. Seems the tank is also neglected, from the little bit I can see. If you lose that fish don't buy any other until you get your tank into control and the parasites eliminates. Next time do a proper quarantine and make sure you don't have ick in your tank or on your fish.

Ah terds, to late for this gal I guess I'll me more diligent next time, especially now that I have some proper meds and such on hand (I had copper before hand, but that is a rather harsh resort)

Also to be honest the whole "oohhh your tank is in such bad shape" is rather irritating. Yes, I have some algae on my glass and on my rock(and by some I mean craptonnes of bubble algae that will grow to a certain point and then stop no matter what I do to attempt to get it to stop) . The water looks a bit gross, however that is sheerly due to the camera and its hate of taking pictures of fish/fishtanks. All my LPS, Clams, Zoanthids, and SPS are doing quite alright, so I guess the tank be in that bad of shape anyways. Also sorry if I seem snappish from this post.

what did you expect? from those pics, everything looks really dirty. Sorry if that offended you but that's what it looks like from my point of vue.

Put in some emerald crabs, they will eventually take care of the bubble algae.

sorry to hear about your fish.
