Yellow Watchmens ARE slackers. I'm "fish-sitting" a YW for lorenz0 and 1) I never see the bloody thing, 2) he doesn't so a darn thing to keep the sand clean. Wish I could bring home the pair from the office.

Is that a TailSpot blenny? I can't tell if it's a unique colouration or just the lighting.

Yeah he was paired with a pistol shrimp so he was cool by association before. I lost the shrimp and now he's just a free-loading bastard. I'll snap some pics soon I just haven't had time. It's a snazzy little wrasse.

Yeah it's a tailspot. The colours are a touch over-saturated in the photos.

I'm thinking of getting one for my 37gal column sps tank to help with algae control. Any issues with polyp nipping and do they actually 'work'.

they graze all day. compared to my yellow tang he doesn't accomplish a ton but he does eat a lot of algae. the two i've had never really touched the longer pieces.

i have also heard they can be polyp nippers but i've loved both of mine and had no issues.

I think I'm done adding fish to the aquarium. Yesterday I finally found a black leopard wrasse. He was eating mysis 5 min after I added him!

Looking good boss. That blue dragon looks killer photobombing the wrasse there LOL. Also, let me know when you like me to take that wrasse off your hands.
