Wow, exciting times. I don't envy you guys the amount of work you have ahead of you, but this sounds like a good move. 6500 sq ft, can't wait to see that!

Have to admit, I'm scared to find out where this location will be though. Please oh please oh please not further north... (Imma not holding my breath though)
