so I added a TIR lense to one of the radions on the end of the tank.....you cant really see any difference looking at the tank, but when you sit on the couch and look up at the bottom of the fixtures you sure can see the difference.....definitely brighter.....I have a second lens kit for the other end of the tank that I havent installed yet out of laziness, but I am impressed so I will likely pick up two more kits and do them all.....now as for whether or not the corals will be impressed remains to be seen......

thanks brochacho.....the colony was quite a bit larger when I moved it up to E-town.....the piece of rock it was on didnt really fit in to the new aquascape so I took a decent sized chunk to put in to the new tank....gave Girly the rest of it.....I specifically fragged from the area I did to get more of the tealy green and less of the red....Im quite happy that it seems to be growing out with the same ratio so far

so I decided that the T.I.R lenses for the radions are a winner and picked up two more sets to do the rest of the lights.....still havnt installed them yet, but I have them...... the cyano that I have been having finally got to me so I decided to nuke it with a dose of chemiclean.....I followed the instructions and dosed the whole package yesterday....it looks as tho the dose is doing some damage to the cyano....tomorrow will be w/c and volcano-ing skimmer day....
