Basement floors are never level. they are sloped toward the floor drain. My 50 has a one cm. slant from one end to the other. It usually does not matter as long as the tank is fully in contact with its support on the bottom. Moderate sloping end to end or front to back does not matter as long as the bottom is not twisted.
