Sent mine back and ended up having to pay ups 30 odd bucks for brokerage fees. I'd make sure they'll mail it back USPS. It's hit or miss some get hit while others don't. If u have a problem in the first 90 days the place we're u got it is sopose to handle it after 90 u have to ship it to California on your own dime.u pay the shipping there and they pay the shipping back

When I send my apex to neptune I didn't have to pay shipping, they pay the shipping for me and I didn't pay any duty .
But if you can take the apex back from where you bought to get replacment it the best and fast way to go and you don't have 50/50 chance of pay duty to the Govermant
