Y not put the fish and coral in a tote until you get the rock in. That way there's no chance of dropping rock on coral or stress the fish more than needed.

Less clutter to work around too

Tank transfer IS COMPLETEEEEEE

Till now, everything is looking wonderful. The clowns are running (they don't like hosting anything other than the corners while sleeping), the chromis are schooling again and the bangai is just chilling. All the corals are already opened up (within an hour of the transfer). Here's some pictures

The sump (will be getting egg crate tomorrow to put on the light since it doesn't have any leg; I will just rest if over an egg crate). I took Steve's (sphelps) suggestion and have removed a baffle, leaving only the bubble traps:

The motherboard of the system:

The wiring is a mess right now. Will be getting zip tags tomorrow to tie up the things properly.

Two concerns:
1. There are sand dusts settled on the bottom of the sump like this:

Anything to worry about?

2. My skimmer is sitting at around 9" level water and is not throwing any micro bubbles in the tank. So I was wondering whether I still need to adjust its height....oh its a vertex in80.

Everything went smoothly and I am really happy with it Just need to keep things under monitoring now to see whether (I hope not) anything needs correction.

Oh BTW, my previous tank is up for sell:

The light and livestocks are not included and the current condition is this:

I am very sure under proper supervision, it will get back its life. No reasonable offer will be refused
