Sounds like they are working it out.

My male was cornered for a few weeks before they paired up and became inseparable.

I've heard of people tossing a 3rd clown in to force the others to pair up, but that is pretty barbaric when waiting a few weeks for the transformation to occur at it's natural rate.

Like everything in this hobby, be patient.

If Occelaris and Percula Clowns are of similar size and age it could take months for them to pair up/bond. Some will never pair up/bond in which case you have to switch one out for a new one if you care that much.

How big are they?

If both have begun the change to female they will never pair.
