Got in the sump (20L) and a vertex (in-80 or 100 not sure) skimmer today Right now, they are having a vinegar warm water bath.

Its around 22" I believe. Vertex are notoriously famous for having a large footprint. And got it for a KILLER deal!

Bought a speedwave dc pump (690gph) today



Still undergoing vinegar bath:



Can someone suggest me how to clean off the vinegar residues afterwards?

Rinse it off with water. Not going to hurt anything. Consider it the first carbon dose of your new tank
