Mostly stock, I removed the biomax ceramic rings and left the sponge/carbon in there.
I just ordered a tiny light on eBay that I'm going to try out over top of the overflow area with a bit of chaeto. I'll add a few updated pictures soon, I added a few coral frags that I got from Marie and there's some coraline growing on the rocks.

Yeah my watchman is pretty shy, it'd be nice if I had something else in there that would bring him out of his shell a bit.
