Progress
Ok after many delays this is where tonight ended.
Final "tear down"  Enter the new stand.  Guess what. I passes rock bottom. The rebuild is officially in the upward direction. Now I'm excited.

I still never got this is in. But this photo shows you the overflow upgrade.
 As you can see, the old box is almost impossible to access with the cross brace. The bigger box will allow access to remove algae or a fish if one gets in.
