Default AI Sols

Hey guys i just bought two AI Sole units for my 100 gallon bow front.

just wondering what everyone is keeping there intensities at for the white blue and royal. What set of combinations worked best for there corall growth?

how long do you guys runs them for?

what is your ramp up and ramp down period?

Depends what you're putting them over and what was there before. I have mine at 100/100/95, but all SPS that used to have 3 x 400w MH. If you have LPS that had a couple of T5 over it, you might want to start at half that.

I have a mix but more sps and a few lps...i had a different set of leds on before which were also very bright...

i started at white 70, blue 60 and royal blue 60 fpr now

how long do u run your lights for during the day?

i have a mixed tank. sps, lots of lps, 3 anems. white 75 . blue 100 royal 100. have noticed tons of growth from all corals.
run at those intensities for 8 hours of the day. with a couple hours of ramp time
