![]() It actually sounds like the drivers. Depending on the driver used, the minimum illumination level is typically 10% as the driver behaviour becomes non-linear below 10%. Few drivers actually dim all the way to zero.
So, nothing is wrong. It's just the nature of the beast. |

![]() What brand of LEDs are they & maybe a pic so we know what your dealing with.
My SOL does the same thing with the moon phases, some days you can hardly see them on.

![]() Finally got an answer from the manufacturer : they said the moonlights don't work below 15% . So I asked if it's possible to reprogram . No answer yet , unless someone here might know ???
