Default Lighting times

Hey guys just wanted to pick your brains about lighting and times.I have a 100 gallon bowfront reef system. I got a few coral frags of candy cane zoas and some mushroom. i also have a hammer coral and a torch light coral and a few leathers.

I have a led ligjting system, i have three sets there a 160 watts each with 90 degree optics. they have dimmers for the white and blue and timers seperate for each.

So i was wondering how long do u guys run the blue and white for?..how long do u turn the blue on before the white and how long do u run the blue after the white are off?

what intensity should i have the white at?

Thankss!!

I run 12hrs total, 12hrs blue actinic an 8hrs 10,000k day
This gives the tank 2hrs dusk/dawn
