Just return the one with the fan problems to the store you bought them its a problem they have I had two do it and returned them both for a brand new one

vertex 280 still for sale? everything works fine, no issues with it?

Or take it apart and get a new fan I could tell u exactly were the wire are damaged on the fan even do a step by step if u need it. Iv done this with 4 of mine just to upgrade the fans
