I would like to say go with the delta, craftsman isnt the same quality, but i do have one thing to ask. I have had a delta 650 for 6 or 7 years. Great table saw and couldnt be more happier. But there are two different 650's. The canadian/us made one has stamped steel table extensions, the off shore made one has cast iron extensions (one of the few times where off shore is better than domestic) if it is stamped steel pass on it, if it is cast go for it.

Also you have to ask your self how often your going to be using it. If it is only once and a while go for the cheeper one if it is in good shape,. The 650 is a pretty heavy duty saw for an open base saw, when i bought mine new the next modle up was a full blowen cabnet saw.

As for the fence. The one on mine is ok, but i think the next year they went to a uni-fence coppy which is actualy diecent.
