I really like the responses you guys are getting, there are a few things I might like to get in future orders.

We have been notified of fatalities by email. Since it was our fault that the corals arrived so cold, we will be giving refunds instead of credits.

To be honest, I am shocked that some corals made it! The water got so cold, its incredible how resilient some corals really are.

We are now shipping with 3-4 heat packs in a box half that size and corals are arriving @ 78F.
