What are these fluke tabs and where can I start looking for them? What are the negative effects it can have on tank, corals and fish?

Or you can be like me and just embrace the damn things.....and look at the bright side, at least they don't sting the corals they decide to grow on

Cant seem to find any fluke tabs. If anyone has two of them can you please sell them to me. I've looked up the ingrediants and have found a product with the same ingrediants and hoping it might possibly be the same thing.
