![]() Using red alone wouldn't be ideal, especially LEDs since the wavelength is so narrow. While red is typically the primary spectrum used by most algae it varies by species. A better solution would be to use a full spectrum and supplement with additional red.

![]() most plant growing led fixtures i have seen are mostly red with some blue and also 120watt+ i kinda wanna try one out but 120watts is quite a bit for a small fuge. Might try a red/blue par38 or something like that and see how it goes.
