![]() The sump will be in the basement, the plan is to have a clutter free tank creating a peaceful chill out environment for our "useless room" better known as the front living room.
A hole will be cut in the floor and a fake air return put in, so if we ever sell we can put a proper air return there instead of leaving holes in the floor. The return pump will be in sump Sicce Syncra silent pumping at a head of about 10' giving a return rate of about 120GPH Internal flow will be 2 x MP10WES Lighting - GHL Mitras Control - full on GHL ProfiLux including flow sensors, leak sensors and dosing, not to mention auto AWC/ATO and Vortech control. This will be a very slow build over about 3 months I dont intend to have water in the system at least until April |
