![]() what I used to do is refuse the shipment then call the company and tell them I refused it and why and ask it be reshipped by usps. the last time I did this I ordered 14 bucks worth of Led's and UPS wanted 35 bucks brokerage.

![]() It baffles me how an outfit like UPS still exists. Surely after dealing with the brokerage fees charged ubiquitously folks learn after the first experience. Apparently I'm mistaken though, people continue to get ripped off. Free trade/NAFTA is clearly some kind of joke, since the average schmoe still ends up getting taxed/dutied to the hilt when attempting to bring something in from out of country.

![]() Well just made it home from work and looked at the invoice ups left and sure thing it's a brokerage fee. It should b against the law cause they keep your item if u don't pay them. First time I've seen it. I've payed duty on lots of stuff I expect to but not some scam brokerage fee.
