![]() Ill have to look at the paper work when I get home from work my wife was home when ups came either way what Neptune said was I pay the shipping down they pay it back. There shouldn't have been any charge at the door IMO. (and so everyone knows I did NOT buy this at reef supplies

![]() Most likely brokerage fees as others have guessed. UPS charges it on everything shipped from the states. When there is an actual value attached to an item I've seen them charge as much as 50% of the value of the product in brokerage fees even though it is the same form filled out regardless of value. I will not have anything shipped from the US by UPS. If this is what the cost turns out to be, Neptune had nothing to do with it and won't see a cent of the charge. UPS makes me mad too, that's why they don't get any of my business.
