Advertise for a structural steel fitter locally. Its my trade and we make frames on a bigger scale. Someone will help you on the side for sure.

I have made some pretty nice tank/stands. Wasnt too long ago that i moved from abby either. Good luck guy!

This guy here may be able to do something up for you...
http://www.dog-equipment.com/contact.html He does fantastic work on the agility equipment he makes and has done custom pieces for people, so I'm sure a simple aquarium stand would be easy for him. Might be worth a shot at least getting a quote from him? ....
