Yes, for all those who have asked, the tank is in Calgary.
No idea how old the tank is, but judging by the silicone, probably not older than 5 years. Silicone is in great shape.

Also have a custom built DIY LED fixture for this tank if someone would be interested.
Aluminum U-Channel heat sinks 16 X 6X3W Bridgelux LED strips (8 RB, 8 Cool White) 2 X full controllers that have timers, dimming, temp display, fan control etc. 2 X Power Supplies. Everything works and is all wired up. It just needs fans installed for cooling. The controllers have plug and play fan hook ups on them, so it would be easy.    $200
