PSI on the unit is a constant 60 btw.
60 psi will give you the advertised output if the temp is proper also. if your temp of the water is cold you will get a decreased output.

My unit is a dual membrane 320gpd unit. I had to buy a over sized boost put as my water pressure is only 38psi. but I run the boost pump output at 180 PSI, then by the time my water goes thought all my filters it is at 100 PSI at the membrane.
