It is quite an interesting coral for sure. Originally came in on a Fiji order I did in the fall of 2010 and I was losing the colony due to some tank troubles so I asked a friend to take my remaining frag as an insurance rescue. I got it back from him last summer when he shut down and it is now really starting to take off. I quite like the color & unusual corallite structure but since it was a rescue that I was able to get back I guess have a kind of a sense of attachment to is.

Recently picked up 9 dispar anthias to add a new "color splash" to the reef and I am pretty happy with them so far. They look great schooling about and an interesting observation is that since the new fish arrived my goofy chromis group quit hiding in the rocks & corals and have started swimming as a group again and often school with the anthias.

Here's an out of focus shot of some of the new fish. Nice thing is they are already eatig pellets.
