How often is barely? It appears to be a very beautiful fish, and would definitely be an attention grabber if it came out.

Is your tank full of aggressive fish? that might be the problem

the most aggressive fish in my tank are my Coral beauty and my CBS. Hopefully it will play well with both.

not really.the largest fish i have in my tank are a batfish, princess parrot, pink tail trigger, harlequin tusk, and a couple of eels.the most active is my lunar wrasse and my red Chloris;but all these fish get along and are peaceful.i have seen the betta beside my eels and trigger with no problems
