Brad what about having the ability to edit the post like we do that is good. Or may be have it that it wont post until it gives you a second option to read for mistakes. would that work

second option would be that after posting and its sold you have the ability to only post sold once its sold and then its closed.

If somebody selling something is too forgetful or lazy to post Sold at the end, then what makes you think they will put in the effort to edit their first post to say sold.
