Skimmer for me is a vital part of a healthy reef. I am currently running the same skimmer on a 400 gallon total system and it does wonders. My vote is SKIMMER. You will not find a better deal.

I don't see the Both option, can't beat a bubble king had one for last 4 years and it's awsome

Go with the skimmer. IMO clean water is more important than energy efficient lighting.

Bblinks has a bbk lol you need one apexifd.... I don't see me using Any other skimmer, and once you go bbk you never go back!

I have to agree with other posts. Once you go Bubble King....you can't go back. I've always used Deltecs; but after switching to a Bubble King Mini 180 for a year and with an upgrade in the process - my Bubble King Mini 200 just arrived. The skimmate is like tar once broken in.
