![]() Has anyone ever seen a rose bubbletip anemone for sale in a local fish store? They should be splitting like crazy everywhere but why are they so hard to find locally?

You can try your LSF and try to special order them. Paul's Aquarium might be able to get them... They are hard to come by since they are not as common. Also, there is a large demand for them. Keep in mind that anemones were not that easy to keep back in the early 90s. Probably, in a couple of years, you'll see more of these rose BTAs since we now have the technology/techniques to keep them alive and to propogate them. - Victor. |

I think they want $225 US...do you still want one [img]smile.gif[/img] ? My advice is not to get one until you can keep easier anemones like a brown quadricolour. Anemones are definately for advance aquarist that have very stable water parameters, and moderate to high water flows. Terrance |

![]() I am suprised that there are not more roses in the BC area due to trading south of the border...I do have a rose, and am hoping that one day she will split. They are beautiful animals [img]smile.gif[/img]
