Refugium stock

Hey

I want to start a refugium in my sump what algaes and plants should I put in it ?

Any suggestions ?

My display tank is 30 gal and my sump 20 and the refugium is approxametly 6 gals

Not grape Caulerpa, its difficult to remove from any LR, so IMO I would stay away and stick with Cheato.
