Frags look fine.
How long after picking up frags did u get home. Some pieces will look diff in your tank as well as take time to acclimate. I put a nice piece in my tank and it took a month before true colors show'd. Not all frags come on plugs. I like frags on plugs but only because I snap them off glue to rock and grow out the plug where they have encrusted
